I’m genuinely sad to be writing this review because, until now, my experience with Keep Smiling has been overwhelmingly positive. Unfortunately, the way a recent billing issue was handled has left me frustrated enough that I no longer feel comfortable continuing as a patient. After having fillings done in March, I set up a payment plan with the office. The first payment went through, but the following month it did not. When I noticed and called the office myself, they discovered that my card number had been entered incorrectly. They corrected it, and my payments went through successfully in both June and July. This month, for some reason, the payment did not process. Rather than receiving a phone call, text, or any attempt to let me know there was an issue, I received a statement in the mail saying, “declined payments for the past 3 months, balance is due in full by your appointment on 9/11.” That was especially confusing because my payments had successfully processed in June and July, so they had not been declined for the past three months. There is also no apparent reason my card should have been declined this month—it is an active credit card with plenty of available credit.

Just had my first visit today with Adrianna and Dr. Perschke. I found the practice as well as the staff to be very friendly and professional. Loved that everything was thoroughly explained to me, from the state of my oral health as well as billing. Thanks and I can't wait to see y'all again!

Absolutely the best dentist I've ever used. The entire staff, from the front desk, to the people that clean your teeth, the person that packs up your toothbrush and toothpaste in a bag, all the way to the dentist, everyone is exceptional. Keep Smiling Waco is a great place filled with top-notch people.

I’ve been a patient year for a years now. Dr. Griffey is amazing and helps ease my dentist anxiety. Staff has always been kind and willing to accommodate a busy schedule. Highly recommend Keep Smiling Waco.

Dr. Perschke was wonderful and very helpful! Glad to have had my first visit with her. Adrianna was very kind and welcoming! The team made us feel well taken care. Excited to have been referred by Dr. Vance!
